The UK
Engineering and
Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) has funded a research
network on Semantics of Quantum Computation. The funding runs from 1st
June 2006 to 31st May 2009. The purpose of the network is to support
interaction and collaboration between UK researchers working on the
application of semantic techniques to quantum computation. In addition
to supporting travel between network sites and other relevant travel,
there is funding for three workshops during the period of the
grant. The network is co-ordinated by
Simon Gay,
University of Glasgow, and
Ian Mackie, University of Sussex. Current sites and
members are listed
here. The
network aims to expand. If you would like to join, please contact Ian
Mackie or Simon Gay.
